On the ground floor: a lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob, etc …) overlooking a terrace and a garden.
Upstairs, a large room separated into two parts, one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, a shower room and separate toilet overlooking a garden for exclusive use.
